Slacker Rising Download from Michael Moore

Michael Moore is letting everyone download his new film slacker uprising for free. Maybe this comes from the fact that a new spoof movie has been made about Michael Moore and he’s trying to counteract that? Sure he does bring some good issue to our attention, like George Bush, Health Care, etc, but didn’t we know those thing suck already? Sure here in the US we can’t turn on the TV without hearing Barack Obama, or John McCain tell us that the other candidate is wrong, but relax, the election is only a month away. Those abroad get to hear John did this, McCain thinks this, does anyone think the whole process of a US election is ridiculous? I’ve already submitted my absentee ballot (I just gotta hope nothing crazy happens now with either candidate).

The film, “Slacker Uprising,” follows Moore’s 62-city tour during the 2004 election to rally young voters. It will be available for three weeks as a free download to North American residents, beginning Sept. 23. An official announcement of the film is planned for Friday.
