If you are like me headed to the GNC to fill up on your protein bar to get RIPPPED or that drink to show all the ladies hey, I might be fat, but look I drink protein shakes.  So there I am with my free GNC Bar, my drink, and my bag of protein powder working out in the gym, trying to get in shape for the summer.  Somehow, we end up gaining more weight than we lose… Maybe it’s the trip to McDonaldsafterwords, or the 6 beers at night?
