My last good night sleep kit cost me about $300.  That is those kits they give you in the plane.  Sure they are supposed to help you sleep, with a blindfold for your eyes, a nice blanket, and ear phones that don”t work.  By the end of the journey we’ve watched 3 films, eaten two dinners and just can’t sleep.

According to CVS: The National Sleep Foundation recommends that most people get 8 hours of sleep per night. And it’s not just the number of hours that count — it’s also the quality of the sleep. It’s important to get an uninterrupted, restful night’s sleep.

Now we’ve never tried Tylenol PM to sleep during the plane, but wouldn’t it be great to get on the plane and just wake up in Frankfurt after leaving from Detroit, rather than trying to fall asleep next to the guy who snores so loud that kids on the plane think there is a bear roaming about?

Kit comes with sleep mask, ear plugs, glow in the dar stickers, $2 off tylonel PM.
