I always wondered why the called it Chili’s?  I mean they serve southwest food, I mean is that chili included?  In any case, just for whatever reason, Chili’s is given newsletter signups FREE CHIPS & QUESO.  If you’ve moved to eating ketchup packets and mustard soup in restaurants, this might be a step up?  Or maybe you even do that and sleep in an airport like Tom Hanks in The Terminal?
