We can’t guarantee that everyone will honor what they offer, but we can say that they should honor this $1 off free sharpie highlighters coupon. Target and Walmart should have them for $1, if not at least close to this price making it free or close to free.
Of course printing out 100s of these coupons thinking you can open up your own sharpie highlighters store with free merchanise probably won’t work. Target is probably going to notice when the same person has giving them 100s of coupons and they quickly ran out of their Sharpie selection.
