If you can’t make it out to the free TGI Friday’s appetizer Halloween party tonight startting at 9pm, you can still sign up to get a free appetizer or desert that you can use anytime you want.  Now you finally have a reason to venture in the restaurant where everyone wears “flair” and smiles constantly for no apparent reason.
